TERMS OF SERVICE

  • The service is provided exclusively at your home, at the address given during booking. Please ensure all information is correct to guarantee a smooth session.
  • I travel across the entire island of Mallorca, including private homes, holiday houses, estates, villas, agrotourism accommodations, and boats. For hotels or tourist accommodations, service is subject to the establishment’s approval.
  • The final price may include a travel surcharge depending on the chosen area. This amount is always shown during the booking process before confirmation.
  • It is possible to book 2 or 3 consecutive massages at the same location, as long as the total duration does not exceed 3 continuous hours.
  • For consecutive massage bookings at the same address, the travel surcharge is applied only once. Additionally, each consecutive massage will receive a €10 discount.
  • Payment is made on the day of the service, either in cash or with Visa/Mastercard. No advance payment is required.
  • Once the booking is made, I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the appointment details.
  • A suitable, quiet space of approximately 2×3 meters is required to carry out the session comfortably.
  • The indicated duration of each service refers exclusively to the actual massage time. Setup and clean-up are done outside this time, so the client can enjoy the full service as booked.
  • The service focuses on wellbeing and relaxation, and is tailored to the client’s preferences within this approach.
  • Before the session, clients must inform about any relevant conditions that could affect the service (recent surgeries, pregnancy, specific treatments, allergies, or sensitivities), so the experience can be adapted appropriately.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or stop the service if conditions are not suitable, if relevant information has not been provided in advance, or in case of any inappropriate situation.
  • If you are unable to attend the appointment, please give notice as early as possible to help reorganize the schedule.
